Basic but good

It was a good location to where we needed to be. Car parking was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would go again.

We liked it but the place was basic and a little tired. Maybe we had higher expectations based on pictures and reviews.

Good

Spacious room, very friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Air- condition was so loud that we couldn't sleep.. but we couldn't open window either as it was loud outside.. Hotel is situated far away from the old city, not much to do around (only Automobile museum and Kings mosque are close) so need to take taxi to get to the center (but taxi is not expensive 3-5 JD).

Stay well worth the price.

I have stayed at Saray Hotel 3 different times . The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The receptionist Sayaf Alwardat was helpful when I lost my phone in Amman in a taxi . Overall the stay was well worth the price.

Very Good

The location is good. Lots of shopping and restaurants around. The room was clean. The breakfast they served was good.

Sometimes, the lobby and the Salma Palestine restaurants smell bad. The smell is from nobody, but their employees smoke cigarettes inside the facility. Ridiculous!!! May be it is normal for Jordan, but I have never experienced such behavior in any other countries I have visited (Asia, Europe, America, Middle East). They must replace the bread toaster. See the picture of bread toaster.

Good Value for money

I have stayed at this hotel before and that’s why I booked it again. It’s probably the best hotel in Amman in terms of value for money. The staff are always helpful as well, especially Sarah and Mohammed who work in reception. The breakfast is really good as well.

Bed was comfy.

Staff on the desk were friendly but then other staff members roaming the lobby or sitting in the entrance in what looked like a gang and stared at us as we entered .. Was a bit unsettling. Breakfast room felt dated and the floors were sticky. Alot of plastic waste used. Air conditioning in room didn't work, and when asked the staff alll we got told was that 30 degrees was the normal temperature of the ac..

- The hotel was nice and clean

- The hotel was nice and clean - The staff at reception were really helpful and polite, especially Sarah :) - The Breakfast - Fresh Omelette every morning with orange juice :) - The hotel is in a good location plenty of food places within walking distance, King Hussein Park and City Mall very close as well. Easy for Taxis to find - The hotel has a cafe attached to it (Fayrouz Cafe), so if I was peckish late at night I didn’t even have to leave the hotel. - Pharmacy next door, so if you feel unwell, don’t need to go far

- The hotel is a bit far from Downtown, Rainbow street and Amman Citadel (about 20-30 mins drive)...although personally I didn’t go to them areas very often so it didn’t bother me.

We stayed here for a night,

We stayed here for a night, Mr. Mohammed from the front office, upgraded our room to deluxe superior room, which it was a nice gesture and made our day. The room was big and clean, it was on the main road, however, we didn't hear the traffic. It is a good value for the money and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Excellent value for money

Very friendly welcoming front desk staff, was sueprised with free room upgrade from deluxe to superior, (special thanks to Mr.Mohammed for that), Quiet Room , well sound proofed, spacious and clean. Breakfast at Selma restaurant was good, more of Arabic flavor than western (waffle , corn flakes available), location close to restaurants and coffe shops, overall good choice specially for budget travellers!
